Surely you’ve waited so long! So here it is, the first blog post by Salon Blue Ridge:

So first off, we’d like to thank everyone that attended the TurboChef cooking demo yesterday at our showroom in Flat Rock, NC.  These TurboChef speed-cook ovens just amaze people. Not only do they cook extremely fast, but with five-star results too.  Imagine roasting a 12 pound turkey in 42 minutes, potatoes in 6 minutes and biscuits in less than 2 minutes.  Plus, your meat comes out tender and moist. Your vegetables come out crisp. And baking using this oven is a dream!  We have a bright orange TurboChef in our showroom (yes, they come in fun colors). We use it all the time to cook and bake, so we know how good it is.  Oh, did I mention it’s easy to use? So whether you are a chef-extraordinaire or cooking-illiterate, the TurboChef oven is a perfect match.

For those of you that missed the TurboChef demonstration by the TurboChef Mobile Culinary Institute, hopefully we will have the opportunity to host this event again next year.  Remember, we have a TurboChef in our showroom.
